Agilent E5052B Signal Source Analyzer

The Agilent E5052B signal source analyzer is a high-performance instrument designed for comprehensive analysis of oscillator and signal source characteristics in the frequency range from 10 MHz to 7 GHz. By using the optional E5053A microwave downconverter, the range extends to 26.5 GHz, and with the 11970A series mixers, it reaches up to 110 GHz.
