Agilent E5052B Signal Source Analyzer
Agilent E5052B Signal Source Analyzer
The Agilent E5052B signal source analyzer is a high-performance instrument designed for comprehensive analysis of oscillator and signal source characteristics in the frequency range from 10 MHz to 7 GHz. By using the optional E5053A microwave downconverter, the range extends to 26.5 GHz, and with the 11970A series mixers, it reaches up to 110 GHz.
Main Features:
- Phase Noise Measurement: The cross-correlation method ensures high accuracy and a low internal noise floor for precise measurements.
- Transient Analysis: Simultaneous measurement of frequency, phase, and power variations allows detailed examination of the dynamic characteristics of signal sources.
- Built-in Low-Noise Reference Sources: Provide high measurement stability and accuracy without the need for external reference oscillators.
- Connectivity Interfaces: Equipped with USB, GPIB, LAN, a parallel interface, and an XGA output for seamless integration into various test systems.
Applications:
The E5052B analyzer simplifies complex and time-consuming measurements, significantly reducing testing time and improving the accuracy of signal source evaluations. It is widely used in the development and testing of oscillators, frequency synthesizers, communication systems, and other high-frequency devices.
