Keysight DSAV084A is a digital oscilloscope from the Infiniium V series, designed for high-precision analysis and debugging of high-speed digital systems.

Main Features:

  • Number of Analog Channels: 4.
  • Maximum Sample Rate: 80 GS/s.
  • Memory Depth: up to 2 Gpts.
  • Low Noise Level: 1.04 mV RMS at 50 mV/div.
  • Jitter Measurement Threshold: 100 fs.
  • Effective Number of Bits (ENOB): more than 5.5 bits.
  • Spurious-Free Dynamic Range (SFDR): more than 50 dBc.

Additional Features:

  • Comprehensive Tools: jitter measurement, triggering, signal and protocol analysis, including PrecisionProbe.
  • Included Options: E2688A (serial data analysis) and N8823A (EZJIT Complete).

  • Software: free BenchVue Basic application for instrument control.
