Agilent 33220A — Waveform Generator

The Agilent 33220A is a function/arbitrary waveform generator with a frequency range up to 20 MHz, designed for a wide range of testing and measurement applications. Utilizing direct digital synthesis (DDS) technology, it delivers stable and precise output signals with low distortion.

Key Features

  • Standard Waveforms: Generates 10 standard waveform types such as sine, square, triangle, noise, and DC.
  • Arbitrary Waveform Generation: 14-bit resolution and 50 MSa/s sampling rate allow the creation of custom waveforms. Up to four waveforms can be stored in non-volatile memory.
  • Pulse Generation: Generates pulses with variable parameters up to 5 MHz, with adjustable period, width, and amplitude.
  • Modulation: Supports AM, FM, PM, FSK, and PWM modulation types.
  • Sweep and Burst Modes: Linear and logarithmic frequency sweeps, as well as burst signal generation.
  • Connectivity: GPIB, USB, and LAN interfaces for remote control and integration into automated test systems.
