Keysight/Agilent N8973A Noise Figure Analyzer

The Keysight/Agilent N8973A noise figure analyzer is a high-performance instrument designed for fast, accurate, and repeatable noise figure and gain measurements in the frequency range of 10 MHz to 3 GHz. It provides simultaneous noise figure and gain measurements, with the ability to view, print, and save data in various formats.

The instrument also supports amplifier and frequency conversion device characterization, including local oscillator control via a dedicated second GPIB interface. To enhance measurement accuracy and speed, the N8973A offers six user-selectable bandwidth settings.
