Agilent B2912A – Source/Measure Unit (SMU)

The Agilent B2912A is a high-precision source/measure unit (SMU) with two channels designed for accurate voltage and current sourcing and measurement. It provides a minimum measurement resolution of 10 femtoamps (fA) and 100 nanovolts (nV), enabling highly precise measurements. The maximum output parameters are 210 V and 3 A DC or 10.5 A pulsed current.
